Act I, Scene One: King Riccardo’s Palace
Throne King Riccardo (Christopher Campbell) listens unwillingly as Count Renato (Michael Rogers) reveals an evil plot threatening the king’s life.
Throne King Riccardo (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) refuses to let Count Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez) tell him the names of the conspirators.
Magistrate Oscar (Shawnette Sulker) and Riccardo (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) listen as the Chief Magistrate (Eric Wenburg) presents the case for banishing Ulrica, the fortune-telling sibyl.
Act I, Scene Two: Ulrica’s Cave
Ulrica Disguised as a fisherman, Riccardo (Christopher Campbell) watches Ulrica (Donna Olson) in her cave.
Ulrica and Amelia Amelia (Karen Anderson) asks Ulrica (Donna Olson) for a cure for her secret love as Riccardo (Christopher Campbell) listens from the shadows.
Silvano Silvano (Daniel Morris) leads the villagers in a cheer for Riccardo (Christopher Campbell), flanked by Oscar (Arden Kaywin) and Renato (Michael Rogers).
Act II: The Gallows at Midnight
Graveyard Amelia (Barbara Divis) arrives at the graveyard to pick the magical herb at midnight.
Graveyard Amelia (Barbara Divis) admits to Riccardo (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) that she loves him.
Graveyard Count Tommaso Ribbing (John Minagro) and Count Samuel Horn (Michael Morris) witness the unveiling of Amelia (Karen Anderson) in front of her husband Renato (Michael Rogers).
Act III, Scene One: Renato’s Study
Veins Amelia (Barbara Divis) begs Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez) to let her embrace her son one last time before death.
Betrayal Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez) decides to spare his wife and instead take revenge on the king for betraying the loyalty of a friend.
Jealousy Renato (Michael Rogers) mourns the happiness he and Amelia enjoyed.
Pact Tommaso (John Minagro), Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez), and Samuel (Michael Morris) agree to unite together to take revenge on the king.
Act III, Scene Two: Riccardo’s Study
Riccardo Alone in his study, Riccardo (Christopher Campbell) wrestles with his obsession with Amelia.
Sacrifice Riccardo (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) decides to send Renato and Amelia back to their native land, sacrificing his love for the honor of his friends.
Act III, Scene Three: The Ballroom
Ball The conspirators, dressed in blue and red, meet at the Masked Ball.
Farewell Amelia (Karen Anderson) and Riccardo (Christopher Campbell) say farewell as Renato (Michael Rogers) moves in for the assassination.
Deathbed Attended by Oscar (Shawnette Sulker) on his deathbed, Riccardo (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) explains to Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez) that although he loved Amelia (Barbara Divis), she is still pure.
Pardon Riccardo’s (Gabriel Reoyo-Pazos) last act as king is to pardon everyone. His forgiveness absolves all as he dies, mourned by Oscar (Shawnette Sulker), Renato (Roberto Perlas Gomez), Amelia (Barbara Divis), Samuel (Michael Morris), Tommaso (John Minagro), and the rest of the court.
