Daniel Cilli
Mr. Cilli’s recent roles include Yamadori and Imperial Commissioner (Madame Butterfly), the Geographer (The Little Prince), and Bion and Geezer 1 (Adamo, Lysistrata) with Houston Grand Opera, Schaunard (La bohème) with Amarillo Opera, and Legal Counsel (Intermezzo) with Aspen Music Festival. With Central City Opera, he performed the roles of Painter Monk (Massenet, Le jongleur de Notre Dame), Dr. Engel (The Student Prince, youth performance), Hermann (Les contes d’Hoffmann), and Tom and John (Mollicone, Face on the Barroom Floor), and with Utah Symphony and Opera, Wagner (Faust), Jake Wallace (La fanciulla del West), Malatesta (Don Pasquale, tour), Nireno (Giulio Cesare), and as a concert soloist (Messiah).
A native of Florida, Mr. Cilli earned his Bachelor of Music degree from Stetson University and Master of Music degree from New England Conservatory of Music.
