Adam Flowers

Line

AdamAdam Flowers, tenor, sings the role of Camille de Rosillon in The Merry Widow. Previous roles with West Bay Opera include Gherman (The Queen of Spades) and Macduff (Macbeth).

Mr. Flowers recently reprised the role of Ferrando (Così fan tutte) at Rimrock Opera. In 2006, he completed a five-year Artist-in-Residency at Opera San José, performing roles such as Rodolfo (La bohème), Don Ottavio (Don Giovanni), Ferrando (Così fan tutte), Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore), Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Chevalier des Grieux (Manon), Fenton (Falstaff), Gustavo III (Un ballo in maschera), Erik (Der fliegende Holländer), Don José (Carmen), Cavaradossi (Tosca), Turiddu (Cavalleria rusticana), and Manrico (Il trovatore). He performed the roles of Lord Lechery, Interpreter, and Mr. By-Ends in the West Coast premiere of Vaughan Williams’ The Pilgrim’s Progress at Trinity Lyric Opera in Walnut Creek. He will be singing Tybalt (Romeo et Juliette) at Hawaii Opera Theater in 2008.

A native of northern California, Mr. Flowers completed his musical training at San José State University, where he received his BA degree.
