Deborah Hammond
Deborah Hammond (Set Designer) is based in San Diego, where her credits
include Executions of Justice and Cafe Depresso.
Prior to freelancing she interned as a scenic design assistant at the
Old Globe Theatre in San Diego and designed props for the San Diego
Repertory Theatre for Cabaret, A Christmas Carol,
Uncle Vanya, and Buddy... the Buddy Holly Story.
During the past two summers her set designs for My Fair Lady,
Cabaret, State Fair, and Moon Over Buffalo were
produced at Tibbits Summer Theatre in Michigan.
As a guest designer for the Winter Quarter at UC Santa Barbara, she designed
the set for Molière's Tartuffe.
She holds a MFA in Theatre Design from San Diego State University, where her
work was seen in such productions as Cendrillon,
The Harlot's Curse, As You Like It, and
An American Tragedy.
