Jennifer Dawn Hines

Jennifer Dawn Hines, mezzo-soprano, is a native of Long Island, New York. Ms. Hines received her Bachelor and Master's degrees in Voice from The Juilliard School of Music where she has most recently completed the Professional Studies Program. In 1997 Ms. Hines made her professional debut as Carmen with the Annapolis Opera in Maryland. This past summer Ms. Hines was an apprentice with Santa Fé Opera where she appeared as the Third Spirit in Die Zauberflöte. This past fall, Ms. Hines was a Young Artist with Seattle Opera where she performed the role of Dorabella in Così fan tutte. This spring Ms. Hines will return to New York to cover the roles of the Tasse Chinoise and the Dragonfly in Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges with New York City Opera.
