Otak Jump
Otak Jump, bass, sings the role of Tiger Brown in The Threepenny Opera. Previous roles with West Bay opera include Antonio (The Marriage of Figaro), Douphol (La traviata), Assan (The Consul), Gypsy (Carmen), Notary (Don Pasquale), 2nd Armed Man & Priest (The Magic Flute), Fiorello (The Barber of Seville), 3rd Grand Don (Candide), Ceprano (Rigoletto), and Master Spinelloccio (Gianni Schicchi).
Mr. Jump has also performed with numerous other Bay Area companies, including the Stanford Savoyards, Oakland Opera, Gloriana Opera Company, and the Mendocino Music Festival. His roles have included Papageno in The Magic Flute, Melchior in Amahl and the Night Visitors, MacHeath in The Threepenny Opera, Harold Hill in The Music Man, and principal roles in Gilbert and Sullivan operettas.
