Andrew Park, tenor, sings the role of Raoul St. Brioche in The
Merry Widow,
following his West Bay Opera debut in the roles of Monostatos,
First Priest, and First Guard in The
Magic Flute.
With Opera San José, Mr. Park has appeared as Tybalt (Romeo
et Juliette),
Gastone (La traviata), Ezekiel Cheever (The Crucible), and
Remendado (Carmen). He has also appeared as Goro (Madama Butterfly)
with Bay Shore Lyric Opera, the Sailor (Dido and Aeneas) with the Santa
Cruz Chamber Orchestra, and Second Shepherd (Vaughan Williams, The Pilgrim’s
Progress) with Trinity Lyric Opera.
Mr. Park is a 2000 graduate of UC Santa
Cruz. |
