Tracy Saliefendic
Ms. Saliefendic has attracted attention for her appearances at the Lyric Opera
of Kansas City as Lady Macbeth, as Santuzza with Santa Barbara Opera, Leonora
in Il trovatore with Ireland's Opera South, and Gertrude Stein in
Virgil Thomson's The Mother of Us All, and Amelia in
Un ballo in maschera with Bel Canto Opera.
Ms. Saliefendic has also appeared with the Florida Grand Opera, Virginia Opera,
and Utah Festival Opera, and as soprano soloist in the Verdi Requiem
and the Beethoven Missa Solemnis with the Los Robles Master Chorale
and the Ventura Master Chorale. She has also appeared in concert with the
San Bernardino Symphony.
She was a member of Glimmerglass Opera's Young American Artists Program
and Utah Festival Opera's Young Artist Program.
Ms Saliefendic was a MacAllister Awards regional winner and a Metropolitan Opera
National Council Auditions district winner. She is a recipient of a
Richard F. Gold Career Grant.
