Kevin
Scholl
Kevin Scholl is the sound designer forThe
Queen of Spades. He has been
associated with West Bay Opera from the beginning of the 50th season
as a sound tech and consultant, working on The Magic Flute, Manon
Lescaut, The Rake’s Progress, and Macbeth.
His background in music and sound production include all 17 years of
the San Jose Jazz Festival, seven years of the Fremont Festival of the
Arts, as well as nine years working on the Wenti Winery Music Program. He
has also worked with Prime Time Entertainment, Third Ear Sound, Labadie
Productions, and Bill Wagner Productions. He was formerly the House Manager
and sound tech at the Palo Alto Art Center, and has worked for the City
of Palo Alto’s
Summer Concert series.
