Sarah Viola

Line

Sarah Viola, soprano, makes her West Bay Opera debut singing the role of Pamina in The Magic Flute.

A recent graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Ms. Viola appeared in several of their productions as Romilda (Serse), the title role in Semele,  Gretel (Hansel and Gretel), Belinda (Dido and Aeneus), Galatea (Acis and Galatea), Drusilla (The Coronation of Poppea), and Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), and sang solos in St. John’s Passion and Faure’s Requiem. She has also sung the roles of Papagena (The Magic Flute) and Catarina (Carnival in Venice) with Pocket Opera, and Adina (L’elisir d’amore) with Bel Canto Northwest, and she has been a soloist with the San Jose Symphonic Choir.

Ms. Viola will make her solo debut this winter with Eugene Opera as the Sandman and Dewfairy in Hansel and Gretel.
