Jack
Wilkinson

Jack Wilkinson began his association with West Bay Opera as a member of the
chorus, but quickly came to discover that his skills were better placed
off the stage than on.
His first major sound design for the company was for Der Freischütz in
1990. Since then he has created sounds and backgrounds for Madama Butterfly, The
Consul, The Turn of the Screw, Don Pasquale, Tosca, La
Cenerentola, The Face on The Barroom Floor, and Emperor Norton,
among others. Mr. Wilkinson also played a major role in the implementation of
supertitles for the enhancement of West Bay Opera productions. Since 2002, he
has served as the Technical and Sound Consultant.
