Contributing funds to West Bay Opera is just a few clicks away. We are a community-supported organization. We have a long-term arrangement with the City of Palo Alto which allows us to use the Lucie Stern Theater as our artistic home at a significant discount. While we are very thankful for that support, which saves us a lot on theater rental expenses, we do not receive any operating dollars from the government. All of our revenues come from ticket sales (less than half of our budget) and from foundation grants and generous donations from patrons like you. Volunteer
There are many volunteering opportunities at West Bay Opera. From singing in the chorus, to painting sets, to helping with costumes; from helping with filing at the office to selling tickets at the theater box office; from helping with mailings to ushering during performances and helping with fundraising, to name just a few.
