Michelle Allie Drever, soprano, returns returns to West Bay Opera to sing Konstanze in The Abduction from the Seraglio. She made her company debut as Donna Anna (Don Giovanni) in February 2023, and sang Amina in WBO's production of La sonnambula in February 2025. Recently, MS. Drever made her debut with Opera Birmingham as Anne Sullivan in Carla Lucero’s touch, an opera based on the life of Helen Keller. Additionally, she sang the title role in Tosca at Pocket Opera. With Pacific Opera Project, she sang the roles of the Queen of the Night (in the Nintendo-inspired version of The Magic Flute) and Le Feu/Le Rossignol (L'enfant et les sortilèges). Other credits include Violetta (La traviata), Lucia (Lucia di Lammermoor), Königin der Nacht (Die Zauberflöte), Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Madre Maria (Lucero, Las tres mujeres de Jerusalén), and Rosalind's (Die Fledermaus) at companies such as Utah Lyric Opera, LA Opera, and Miami Lyric Opera. She will reign as the Königin der Nacht (Die Zauberflöte) once again later this spring at Opera Mississippi. Ms. Drever holds a master’s degree in vocal performance from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music where she created the role of La Condesa (Lucero, Juana). An alumna of the Renata Scotto Opera Academy under the direction of the late Renata Scotto, Ms.Drever will make her debut as a solo recording artist on Parma Recordings later this year, which will be distributed internationally by Navona Records on streaming platforms and compact discs everywhere. She is a finalist of the Premiere Opera Foundation, SAS, and National Opera Association vocal competitions. A native of Northern California, Ms. Drever currently resides in Los Angeles.

Kan Soo Kim, tenor, makes his West Bay Opera debut singing the role of Belnmonte in The Abduction from the Seragio (Die Entführung aus dem Serail).

Casey Germain,  bass-baritone,  returns to West Bay Opera to sing Osmin in The Abduction from the Serail. Mr. Germain was previously seen at WBO in the roles of Second Soldier and First Nazarene (Salome) Abimelech and the Old Hebrew (Samson et Dalila), Count Rodolfo (La sonnambula), and Juan Perón (Franzetti's Corpus Evita). With Opera Theatre of St. Louis, he sang the Jailer (Tosca) and Elder Ott (Susannah). With Finger Lakes Opera, he performed the King of Egypt (Aida). With Opera North, his roles included the King (Rachel Portman's The Little Prince), Bartolo (Le nozze di Figaro), and the Innkeeper (Man of La Mancha). He also appeared as Capellio (I Capuleti e i Montecchi) with Bel Cantanti Opera. Mr. Germain holds a Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory and a Master of Music from the University of Maryland.

Caleb Alexander, tenor, returns to West Bay Opera to sing Pedrillo in The Abduction from the Seraglio.  He made his WBO debut last season singing the 3rd Jew and 2nd Nazarene in Salome and most recently appeared as Spoletta in Tosca.  A native of Los Angeles, Caleb most recently premiered the role of Paul Schrade in Benavides’ Dolores with the 2025 West Edge Opera Festival. Other recent appearances include Tamino (Die Zauberflöte) with the Handel Opera Project, Tebaldo (I Capuleti e i Montecchi) and Alfredo (La traviata) with Verismo Opera, First Soldier understudy (Zorro, Armienta) with Opera San Jose, Eisenstein understudy (Die Fledermaus) with Santa Cruz Opera Project, Ramiro understudy (La cenerentola) and Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore) with San Francisco Opera Guild, Monostatos (Die Zauberflöte) and the Ballad Singer (Of Mice And Men, Floyd) with Livermore Valley Opera, Baron Beaucoup (The Three Feathers, Laitman) with Solo Opera, Mafia Guy and Grady understudy (The Shining, Moravec) with Opera Parallele, and Parpignol (La boheme) and Mercury (Orphée aux Enfers) with Pocket Opera. He was also a 2025 Emerging Artist with Arcady International.

Lora Bashmakian, soprano, makes her WBO debut singing Blonde in The Abduction from the Seraglio. Ms. Bashmakian has performed with Finger Lakes Opera as Barbarina (Le nozze di Figaro), and will be covering Opera Santa Barbara’s Gilda (Rigoletto). She is a two-time Encouragement Award Winner from The Metropolitan Opera’s Laffont Competition and is an Encouragement Award recipient from the Camille Coloratura Awards. She received her Master of Music from the Eastman School of Music, and her Bachelor of Music from California State University, Long Beach. At Eastman, Ms. Bashmakian performed Adele (Die Fledermaus) and also Nanetta (Falstaff) in Eastman Opera Theater’s scenes. On the concert stage, she appeared in Bach's Cantata's BWV 82 and BWV 89 , Bruckner's Mass in F minor , Mendelssohn’s Lobgesang , and covered Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis . At California State University, Long Beach she was named the Concerto Competition winner, and performed Gliere's Concerto for Coloratura Soprano.
