John Kun Park, tenor, returns returns to West Bay Opera to sing Samson in Samson et Dalila. A Korean-American artist from Los Angeles, John made his WBO debut as Ismaele (Nabucco), subsequently appearing as Erik (Der fliegende Holländer), and in the title role in WBO's most recent production of Verdi's Otello. John begins his 2025-2026 season at WBO, and will return to Opera on the James for his debut Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly). For his company debut with Opera Montana, he will sing Cavaradossi (Tosca). John began the 2024-2025 season with Opera on the James, making his debut as Rodolfo (La bohème). He appeared with Opera Grand Rapids as Loud Stone in Matthew Aucoin’s Eurydice. John also premiered the role of Daruma with New Performance Traditions’ production of Both Eyes Open by Max Duykers. He made his role debut as Manrico (Il trovatore) at Boheme Opera NJ; and joined the Glimmerglass Festival as Cavaradossi understudy. John has performed with a number of other companies, making his debut in roles such as Siegmund (Die Walküre), Cavaradossi, Bacchus (Ariadne auf Naxos), Anatol (Vanessa), Don Jose (Carmen) and the title role in Faust. He has also been a featured soloist at Carnegie Hall, LA Philharmonic, Chautauqua Opera and Sarasota Opera. He was a finalist for the Wagner Society of New York’s competition receiving an encouragement grant. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Olga Forrai Foundation grant.

Kim Stanish, mezzo-soprano, makes her West Bay Opera debut singing Dalila in Samson et Dalila. She is a native of Denver, Colorado. She recently joined Opera Theater of St. Louis as a Gerdine Young Artist. Past roles include Fiammetta (Matilde, Opera Southwest American premiere), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly, Opera Naples), Fairy Queen (Iolanthe, Opera Naples), Carmen (Carmen, Miami Music Festival), and multiple roles and concert features with Central City Opera’s Touring Company. Other past engagements include La Bergère/La Chatte/L’Écureuil  (L’Enfant et les Sortilèges - Boulder Opera Company), Nancy (Albert Herring - Miami Classical Music Festival), Dritte Dame (Die Zauberflöte - University of Denver), and Lupe Marin/Mrs. Rockefeller (Frida - Opera Artist Institute, Opera Steamboat). Miss Stanish holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy, both from Western Washington University.

Kellen Schrimper,  baritone,  makes his West Bay Opera debut singing the role of the High Priest of Dagon in Samson et Dalila. Recently, Mr. Schrimper covered the title role in Verdi’s Macbeth with Teatro Nuovo as a resident artist. Prior to his time there, he sang The Pilot (Portman, The Little Prince) with Opera in the Heights in Houston, where he made his principal role debut as Marcello (La bohème) in their previous season. He has also sung the roles of Count Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro) and Ford (Falstaff) with Pacific Northwest Opera. In 2025, Mr. Schrimper was the 2nd Prize and Audience Choice Award recipient at Opera Birmingham’s Vocal Competition. He has been an apprentice artist with several summer festivals including Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, where he covered the role of Scarpia (Tosca) as well as Reverend Olin Blitch (Susannah). He was also a District Encouragement Award winner for The Met Laffont Competition in his native Iowa District, as well as a finalist in the Houston Saengerbund Awards.



Casey Germain,  bass-baritone,  returns to West Bay Opera to sing the roles of Abimelech and Old Hebrew in Samson et Dalila. He made his company debut as Juan Perón in Corpus Evita, and returned last season to sing Count Rodolfo in La sonnambula. Most recently, Casey sang The King of Egypt in Aida with Finger Lakes Opera and Elder Ott in Susannah with Opera Theater of St. Louis. He has also appeared in opera productions with Bel Cantanti Opera, University of Maryland, and New England Conservatory. Casey has performed the roles of Capellio in Bellini’s I Capuleti ed i Montecchi, Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte, Gus O’Neil in Later the Same Evening, King Balthazar in Amahl and the Night Visitors, Littore in L'incoronazione di Poppea, the Jailer in Tosca, and Colline in La bohème. Mr. Germain received his Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the New England Conservatory and Master of Music in Opera from the University of Maryland.


Daniel Morris,  bass-baritone, returns to West Bay Opera to sing the Second Philistine in Samson et Dalila. Other Roles he has sung with West Bay Opera include Monrtano (Otello), Monterone (Rigoletto), Valentin (Faust), Escamillo (Carmen), Count Almaviva (Le nozze di Figaro), Killian & Ottokar (Der Freischütz) and most recently, the Marquis d'Obigny (La traviata). He is also the fight coach for this production.

Aikaterini (Katerina) Bousleli, dancer, choreographer, and educator, makes her WBO debut dancing in Samson et Dalila. She has performed extensively in Greece and the U.S., appearing with AniMotus Dance Company (Medea, Moirai en chordes), ReDance (The Four Seasons), Faos (Insomnia), and b.area 4 (The Herd). She appeared in the theatrical production of The Tempest at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, and most recently performed in Revolution is a Dinner Party at the Palo Alto Art Center. Festival appearances include D.I.R.T. (San Francisco), Reload, and Pocket Dance Festival (Greece). As a choreographer, Ms. Bousleli has created works for San Francisco State University (Iketis, OἶκοSystem) and the Feng Ye Youth Dance Ensemble (Blue, IDeal), with performances at the Pear Theatre and Mission Dance Theatre. She is currently a Dance Faculty Lecturer at San Francisco State University, holds an M.A. in Theatre Arts, a B.A. in Greek Philology, and multiple teaching diplomas in ballet, modern, and contemporary dance from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

Tai Lum, dancer, has performed at prestigious venues including Fort Mason Center, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and the San Francisco Opera House, dancing in works choreographed by Andrea Miller and José Limón. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dance, Tai grew up in San Francisco, training with the San Francisco Ballet School, LINES Ballet Teen Program, and ODC Dance Jam. They are also an alum of the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts.

Lydia Lathan, dancer, makes her debut with WBO dancing in Samson et Dalila. She has performed and choreographed with Boundless Bodies Contemporary Ballet and, while classically trained, she also pursues experimental approaches to movement and performance. In addition to her stage work, she has taught dance to children and young adults.Ms. Lathan earned her BFA in Dance through the Dominican University of California’s LINES Ballet program, where she specialized in contemporary ballet. She also holds early childhood education credentials from Theoria Technical College and currently serves as a preschool teacher. Her combined expertise in education and the arts continues to shape and inspire her creative practice.
