Applicants interested in auditioning must complete the ONLINE FORM BELOW for pre-screening.
Please note that there are different forms for managed and self-managed singers.
Artist Managers: Please submit individual candidates using the forms, not by email and not in groups.
We know you'd like to be considered for whatever casting opportunities seem suitable, but we still need to know which specific roles you're interested in.
Please do not leave blank fields, or your application will be rejected by the online system.
Headshot (jpeg or PNG).
The filename MUST comply with the file-naming convention specified on the form.
Your last name HAS to be in the filename. We get dozens of headshots with names like "Headshot-WBO" and have no way of identifying them.
YouTube, Vimeo or other online video clips must be of recent performances or recorded material (three-years-old, maximum) relevant to the season.
Preferably material from the specific works selected for the 2025-26 season or in the same period and style, in the specific language of the opera you are applying for.
Please make sure the link works.
Applicants may be invited to participate in online or in-person auditions and will be notified on a rolling basis as applications are received and reviewed.
Applicants invited to online auditions are encouraged to procure a good quality microphone for the audition (see AV Equipment suggestions below), and they will receive a Zoom invite.
No audition fees will be required.
Applicants may be invited to in-person auditions, to be arranged individually.
